Pork- half

Pork is ready in the fall, August to October. 
This is a deposit on a half of pork. 
Half’s are approximately 60-100Ibs on the rail, usually closer to 100. 
Total price is $6.25/Ib hanging and that includes all cutting and wrapping. We will reach out to you at butcher time for cutting instructions to your preference. 
If you want a whole order 2 half’s. Total price on whole pork is $5.75/Ib.
